COVID-19 procedures

Dear customers,
We are pleased to announce that from May 18 we are resuming our business. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and see you soon at Clarins Beauty Spa!

For the sake of our common safety, we have introduced additional sanitary procedures and recommendations:

At the same time, there may be 1 client per office in the salon, which means as much as 40 m2 per 1 client
Each client can use a disinfectant liquid both at the SPA reception and in the office
Our staff has been properly trained and equipped with personal protective equipment
Immediately after each visit, we additionally disinfect contact elements of the common part (e.g. surfaces at the cash register, terminal, all door handles, light switches)
All treatments are performed in separate offices, which minimizes contact with other clients. Each office between clients is specially prepared and disinfected
We introduce an additional medical survey before each visit and mandatory temperature measurement for both clients and SPA employees
We recommend electronic cashless payments

Please read the following information before visiting Clarins Beauty Spa:

Please appear in the salon at a specified time without accompanying persons. Waiting rooms are out of service
After entering the salon, please disinfect your hands. Please come with your mouth and nose covered
You will receive a medical questionnaire at the reception (we reserve the right to refuse service in the event of a negative result of the survey).
We also inform you about the obligation to undergo non-contact body temperature measurement
We temporarily give up the usual amenities i.e. magazines, drinks, snacks

Please do not use a mobile phone in our Spa
