HOW MANY MINUTES EARLIER TO COME TO MY SPA TREATMENT?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes in advance, this will allow you to relax and take full advantage of the treatment from its very first moments. In addition, this time will allow us to review and analyze your current treatment needs.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY VISIT?

Whatever you wear on that day will be suitable for a visit to the Spa. Remember, however, that after a self-tanning procedure it is recommended to wear loose clothes and open shoes.

WHAT WILL I WEAR DURING THE TREATMENT?

Some treatments require only some clothes to be removed, while before the body treatment you will be asked to put on disposable underwear (available in many sizes), which you will receive at the Spa. Your comfort is our top priority, so you’ll find soft, white towels that you can wear at any time.

I HAVE AN ALLERGY OR OTHER AILMENTS, CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE TREATMENT?

We always recommend that you inform us about any ailments or allergies when you sign up for the Spa, so that we can choose the perfect treatment for you.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR CLARINS TREATMENT WHEN I AM PREGNANT?

When signing up for the treatment, please let us know about your pregnancy so that we can choose the perfect and safe treatment for you.

CAN I TAKE MY CHILD FOR TREATMENT?

For the sake of your child’s health and safety, we cannot allow this to happen. Think of the Spa as your private place dedicated exclusively to relaxation and rest, in which, in an atmosphere of peace and quiet, you will be able to devote your time only to yourself.
